Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing AI DigiCard, a digital product by AI Organics, powered by Kshitij Star Pvt. Ltd. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order placed for our digital vCards and custom NFC printed cards. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

1. Digital Product Policy

AI DigiCard offers customized digital and physical products, including:

  • • Digital Business Cards (vCards)
  • • Custom-Printed NFC Smart Cards

Since these are personalized and made-to-order products, once the design or production process has started, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • • Orders can only be cancelled before the design, printing, or setup process begins.
  • • Once work has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • • To request a cancellation (if eligible), please email dm@kshitijstar.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request – AI DigiCard.”
  • • Cancellations are only valid if confirmed in writing by our team.

3. Refund Policy

As our products are customized, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the order has been processed or delivered. However, a refund may be issued under the following special circumstances:

  • • Duplicate payment made accidentally.
  • • Non-delivery of a digital product due to a verified technical issue from our end.
  • • Printing error or defect in NFC cards directly caused by our production process.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by emailing dm@kshitijstar.com with the subject line “Refund Request – AI DigiCard.”

4. Refund Processing

  • • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
  • • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • • In case of payment gateway delays, additional processing time may apply as per your bank or provider.

5. Subscription & Renewal Payments

If you have subscribed to any AI DigiCard digital plan or hosting service, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • • No refunds are provided for already renewed plans.
  • • To cancel a subscription, please contact us before the renewal period starts.

6. Damaged or Defective NFC Cards

If your NFC card arrives damaged or has a printing error, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • • Order ID
  • • Product photos showing the issue

Our team will review your claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

7. Policy Updates

Kshitij Star Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. All updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
